29 Anglers: 20 Yellowtail, 32 Barracuda, 29 Calico Bass, 2 Lingcod, 28 Whitefish, 15 Rockfish, 17 Red Rockfish. Classic day of island variety fishing right here in our backyard. On this Independence Day, let’s not forget to honor our nation’s heroes who have served our great nation giving us the freedom to chase our dreams doing things like we enjoyed today. Thank you United States Military.

Definite go tomorrow!

We have spots available on definite go trips throughout the weekend and into next week. Reservations recommended to guarantee your spot on the boat.

Trips are scheduled daily! We will run with a minimum of 10 people so please make your reservations in advance if you’d like to go! This ensures the trip is a definite go!

Tackle recommendations for island trips:

30lb flyline rod, a 40-50lb yo-yo rod and a jig stick. Remember to have fresh line on your reels and a pocket full of 1/0- 2/0 hooks. 6 oz torpedo sinkers and several yo-yo jigs like Salas 6x jr or equivalent. It’s also a good idea to bring an anchovy set up right now. Something in the 20 to 25 pound class range with small number two to number four hooks and small sliding egg or rubber core sinkers.

We are currently operating open party full day Coronado Islands trips seven days a week with departures at 5:30am and returning 6-7pm. Passport required.
